Greetsquare Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Greetsquare platform.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Greetsquare (“GSQ”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), an online recruitment and career resources platform that connects job seekers and employers.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your (“you”, “your”) access to and use of the Greetsquare website at www.greetsquare.com, together with our related mobile or web applications and services (collectively, the “Platform”). The Platform is operated by We Move Mountains Pte Ltd.

Please read these Terms carefully, as they set out your rights, responsibilities, and legal obligations when accessing or using the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and We Move Mountains Pte Ltd, effective from the date they are published on the Platform and as may be updated from time to time.

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not create an account or continue to access or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or have obtained parental or legal guardian consent; and
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Employers and recruiters further represent that they are authorised to act on behalf of the organisation they represent.

3. The Services

Greetsquare provides a digital platform that enables:

• Job seekers to create profiles, upload CVs and optional videos, and apply for jobs; and
• Employers and recruiters to post job opportunities, search for candidates, and communicate with applicants.

Greetsquare does not:

• Act as an employment agency or guarantor of employment;
• Screen or endorse users unless expressly stated; or
• Participate in employment contracts formed between job seekers and employers.

We may update or modify the Service at any time without notice.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
• Maintain the security of your account credentials;
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account; and
• Be responsible for all activities under your account.

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You may submit content to the Platform, including profiles, resumes, job postings, messages, and reviews ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Greetsquare a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, distribute, modify and display it in connection with the Service.

5.2 Content Standards

You represent and warrant that the User Content:

• Is accurate and not misleading;
• Does not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Is not unlawful, discriminatory, abusive, or offensive.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any User Content that breaches these Terms.

6. Employer‑Specific Obligations

Employers and recruiters agree to:

• Use candidate data only for legitimate recruitment purposes;
• Comply with all applicable employment, data protection, and anti‑discrimination laws;
• Keep candidate information confidential and secure.

Greetsquare is not responsible for employer hiring decisions or employment practices.

7. Monitoring

We reserve the right, but do not assume any obligation, to monitor, review, or moderate User Content submitted through the Services or posted on the Platform for the purpose of determining compliance with these Terms and any applicable guidelines or policies that may be established from time to time.

We may, at our sole discretion, edit, restrict access to, or remove any User Content submitted to or displayed on the Platform, including content posted in discussion forums or chat features, where we reasonably believe such content violates these Terms, applicable laws, or is otherwise inappropriate or objectionable.

Nothing in this section shall be construed as obligating us to monitor User Content or as assuming any responsibility or liability for User Content posted by users.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services (e.g., payment processors). We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Your use of them is at your own risk.

9. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain Services may be subject to fees or subscriptions. Unless otherwise stated:

• Fees are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes;
• Payments are non‑refundable except as required by law; and
• We may suspend or terminate access for non‑payment.

10. Restrictions on Use

You must not:

• Use the Platform for illegal, unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data;
• Scrape, harvest, or misuse data from the Platform;
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your rights to use the Platform cease, but sections that by nature survive (e.g., disclaimers, liability limits) remain in effect.

12. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content (excluding User Content), including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices.

14. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greetsquare shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with your reliance on any information, content, or materials made available on the Platform or through the Services.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

We make no endorsements or guarantees regarding job listings, candidates, or employment outcomes. All hiring decisions are between users.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greetsquare, its affiliates, directors, agents, partners, employees, licensors and/or representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Greetsquare harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your User Content, or violation of these Terms.

17. Jurisdictional Issues

The Platform and Services are controlled and operated from Singapore. We make no representations that the information or Services available on the Platform are appropriate, lawful, or available for use in jurisdictions outside Singapore.

Users who access the Platform from outside Singapore do so at their own initiative and are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that your Personal Data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Singapore or other jurisdictions, subject at all times to the safeguards and protections described in our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. The parties shall first use reasonable efforts to resolve any such dispute in good faith through amicable negotiations.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued access to or use of the Platform after the updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

20. Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not waive it.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, with our Privacy Policy, constitute the full agreement.
• Assignment: We may assign these Terms without your consent.
