Welcome to Greetsquare (“GSQ”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We operate an online recruitment platform accessible via www.greetsquare.com and our mobile/web applications (collectively, the “Platform”).
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Greetsquare, operated by We Move Mountains Pte Ltd, collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects your personal data when you access or use our services in compliance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act and other applicable laws.
By using the Platform, you confirm that:

- If you are under 18, you have obtained parental or legal guardian consent

We collect videos, images, and other information that you provide to us or that we collect when you access our Services, including when you complete webforms on our platform or in our mobile application; create an account with us; effect payment for subscriptions; communicate with us about our Services via comments, direct message, e-mail, SMS message, or phone; or respond to one of our surveys.
We collect three main types of information:

- Full name, email address, phone number, linked accounts (e.g. Google, LinkedIn)
- Country of residence and nationality
- Resume/CV, work history, education, skills, certifications, achievements, and languages
- Profile photo and optional profile video
- Job preferences, availability, preferred work type and saved job listings
- Job application information submitted to employers

- Company name and business registration number
- Contact person’s name, title, email address, and phone number
- Job postings, hiring criteria, and recruitment-related communications

- Account login credentials
- Billing and payment information (for paid services)
- Information submitted via forms, messages, customer support requests, or survey
B. Information Collected Automatically
- IP address, device type, browser type, and operating system
- Cookies, pixel tags, and similar tracking technologies
- Usage data such as pages visited, time spent, search queries, and interactions
C. Information from Third Parties
- Social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn profile data when you choose to sign in)
- Payment service providers
- Identity verification or background check (where applicable)
- Referral, analytics, or integration partners
3. How We Use Your Personal Data?
We use your personal data to:

- Match job seekers with suitable employment opportunities
- Facilitate job applications, interviews, and communications

4. Consequences of Not Providing Personal Data
Certain personal data is necessary for us to provide access to the Platform and our Services. If you choose not to provide required information:

- Employers or Job Seekers: To enable recruitment, applications, and hiring processes (only relevant data is shared)
- Service Providers: Hosting, analytics, payment processing, communications, and customer support (under PDPA-compliant contractual obligations)
- Legal or Regulatory Authorities: Where required by law or to protect legal rights
- Business Transferees: In connection with mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales, subject to equivalent data protection standards
We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law.
- Inactive user accounts may be deleted or anonymised after three (3) years
- Job application data shared with employers is retained according to employer policies - contact the employer directly for deletion
- Financial and transaction records are retained in accordance with applicable tax and accounting laws
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to legal or regulatory retention requirements.
8. Your Rights Under the PDPA
You have the right to:
- Request access to your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Withdraw consent for certain processing activities
- Request account closure and deletion of personal data (subject to limitations)

15. Definitions
Data - Any information, content, or material that is collected, generated, submitted, transmitted, stored, or displayed through the Platform. Data includes both Personal Data and Non-Personal Data.
Personal Data – Any data about an identified or identifiable individual (as defined under the PDPA).
Platform – Greetsquare websites, mobile apps, and related services.
Services - Services available on or through the Platform.
You/User – Any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform.
